PRC: Schedule of Registration for Passers of the August 2012 Physician Licensure Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced the schedule of registration of all those who passed the recently held August 2012 Physician Licensure Exam in Manila. Registrants must strict follow their schedule and proceed at the PRC Auditorium, 5th Floor, Annex Building for initial registration.

The schedule of registration will be as follows:

• September 4 (Tuesday) – Examinees from Abad, Timothy Joseph Galimba to Cruz, Shaula Evangelista
• September 5 (Wednesday) – From Cu, Ricka Valentine Rueda to Legarda, Jose Eduardo de la Rosa
• September 6 (Thursday) – From Lejos, Manilyn Berba to Rea, Jay-Ann Cunanan
• September 7 (Friday) – From Rebugio, Jaarmy Flor to Zuniga, Charisse Reyes

Requirements for initial registration include:

• Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (available at the PRC office);
• Current Community Tax Certificate (Cedula);
• One piece documentary stamp;
• One piece 1 x 1 picture with name tag in white background; and
• One short brown envelope with name and profession.

Registrants in Manila are directed to strictly observe the schedule for initial registration.

Meanwhile, board passers from Cebu and Davao are advised to proceed to PRC-Cebu and PRC-Davao, respectively, from September 4 to 7, 2012 for initial registration.
