CAUGHT ON TAPE| Motorist mauls MMDA enforcer

An actual video of a motorist mauling, yelling at, and defaming a Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) enforcer became viral in YouTube.

The TV5 News Group saw Robert Blair Carabuena, a resourcing supervisor at Philip Morris International, manhandling an enforcer on-duty.

The incident took place at Capitol Hills Drive corner Tandang Sora in Quezon City.

Robert Blair Carabuena (in purple) was videotaped yelling at an MMDA enforcer.

Carabuena refused to talk to TV5 however, the news group has stumbled upon his LinkedIn profile. He listed himself as an alumnus of Ateneo de Manila University and an " experienced recruitment executive." The profile has now been deleted.

MMDA : "Nagpapa-GO ako dito kanina, eh sila naman, dumiretso. Tapos nung sabihan ko bakit sila dumiretso, Sila pa nagalit. Ayun na. Bumaba na sila. Sinapak ako," said Fabros.

The MMDA, via its official Twitter account, said that the agency will be filing a criminal case against Mr. Blair Carabuena tomorrow. Netizens condemn Carabuena’s actions, all of them decrying for appropriate punishments for him.
