As expected, many parts in Metro Manila and several parts of Luzon are still flooded. That's why some many local government units still have to suspend classes on Friday, August 10, 2012. Although three cities are already announced the suspension of classes in their areas until Friday, such as, Marikina, Malabon and Quezon City.
