Depasupil Reporter  FORMER military chief and now Immigration Commissioner Ricardo David may end up having his name dragged into an “oil scam” in the military, and the irony of it all was he reportedly had initiated investigation of other “diversions” of hundreds of millions in funds of the AFP before he retired from the service on March 8.The alleged oil anomaly arose from questionable distribution and consumption of P400-million worth of petroleum, oil and lubricants for military units over three months from January to March 15 this year.  |
