By Cecille Suerte Felipe (The Philippine Star) The Philippine National Police (PNP) reported yesterday that more than half of 328 policemen, including senior officials, flunked the police executive service eligibility (PESE) examination, a requirement for promotions. Director Jaime Milla, chief of the Directorate for Personnel and Records Management (DPRM), said only 157 or 47.86 percent passed the examination conducted by the National Police Commission (Napolcom) last Dec. 5. |
