Lauro Vizconde filed a second motion for reconsideration (MR) on Monday, asking the Supreme Court to reverse its decision acquitting Hubert Webb and 6 others of the grisly killing of Estrellita, Carmela and Anna Marie Jennifer Vizconde on June 30, 1991.In seeking a second MR, Vizconde cited Section 3, Rule 15 of the internal rules of the Supreme Court which states "the court shall not entertain a second motion for reconsideration, and any exception to this rule can only be granted in the higher interest of justice."
