CHAVEZ, Manila Bulletin  It only took a persistent traffic violation – one prohibited by President Aquino in his inaugural speech -- to bag suspected carjack ring leader Roger Dominguez.Dominguez, who is being linked to the Venzon Evangelista and Ernane Sencil murders last January was flagged down at noon Thursday along Timog Avenue after he went against the traffic (counter flow) while driving a grey-colored Outlander SUV vehicle (ZTF-944) when traffic enforcers flagged him down.  |
