STRANDED PINOYS IN LIBYA CRY FOR HELP

In a letter to ABS-CBN News, Ederic Platon Margallo said there are around 50 Filipinos working for Hyundai Engineering and Construction who are stranded in Sarir, Libya which is located about 400 kilometers south of Benghazi.
