by Alfred Dalizon, Journal Online  PNP officials yesterday said there are no evidence and witnesses that will link former Metro Manila police chief Director Roberto L. Rosales to carjacking activities contrary to what a major newspaper published on Sunday.Although Rosales was ordered to face an investigation by the Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management, he said that PNP chief Director General Raul M. Bacalzo and Highway Patrol Group director Chief Supt. Leonardo A. Espina have explicitly told him that there is no police report linking him to any carjacking gangs, specifically the notorious Dominguez Group.  |
