By Sheryll Mundo, ABS-CBN News  Amid death threats she got over the weekend and an emotional appeal Thursday where she begged off from appearing in the coming committee hearings in Congress, former state auditor Heidi Mendoza still appeared at the Senate hearing on Monday.Mendoza said she was encouraged by the strong support that she got from the public, egging her to continue her mission and fight against corruption. She said this is why she decided to attend today's hearing and future hearings.  |
