The Government of the Philippines (GPH) and the National Democratic Front (NDF) concluded Tuesday their first round of formal talks, vowing to complete an agreement to end hostilities by 2012.In a joint statement released during a press conference in Oslo, Norway, the panels also agreed to complete the draft comprehensive agreements on socio-economic reforms and political-constitutional reforms.
