Senator Franklin Drilon has urged former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to testify at the Senate Blue Ribbon committee probe into military corruption.In an interview with Anthony Taberna on Studio 23's Iba-Balita, Drilon said Arroyo can waive her parliamentary immunity and appear before the Senate to help shed light on corruption in the Armed Forces during her term as president.
