by Manila Times  CHARGES of carnapping with homicide were filed against suspected car theft syndicate head Raymond Dominguez before the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City after a prosecutor found sufficient evidence against him.Assistant City Prosecutor Jaime Villanueva, in a 12-page resolution, stated that despite the denial and alibi presented by Dominguez, there is probable cause to charge him in connection with the death of car dealer Venson Evangelista.  |
